Amazing place. Vibes. Staff. Views. Everything. Stayed here every year I’ve visited and have loved it always.

We had a great time at the villa. The view is otherworldly and it's a joy to hang out with friends in the outdoor space (there are 2 sunbeds, a large sofa and a BBQ). Villa takes up two floors and there are amazing views from bedrooms too. Location is pretty remote and the local beach is for the brave (10 minutes walk from the gate, but return is an uphill battle), but it is serene and peaceful. Be careful swimming though - we have witnessed the "whirlpool of death" haha. All in all, a corner of luxury in a remote part of Oaxaca - what a joy!

Rodolfo’s place was beyond our expectations. The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice. Incredible ocean view, the sounds of the waves are so relaxing, especially at night. The location is amazing. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the center of Mazunte, or a 5 minute rent a car/scooter, or taxi cab ride away. The people of Mazunte are friendly and welcoming. This little beach town is vibrant yet relaxing. So many great beaches nearby, but the beach right out front out front is what made this place so special. It felt like we had our own private beach. Rodolfo, Mari and the whole team were always quick to answer any questions we had. Don’t hesitate on this place, book now! We enjoyed our stay so much, we are definitely coming back and this is the place we expect to book again.

Alfonso and Fran were great hosts who communicated well and helped us with lots of information from their base in the UK. Their friends/managers Nahum and Chevala were lovely and helpful. The location, across from the beach, was perfect for going for an early morning snorkel before boats arrived with people to fill the small bays. We were glad to have a kitchen as the beach restaurants closed by dinner time and there’s nothing open nearby. Having a car would be helpful but we managed with taxis to visit Puerto Angel, Zipolite, Potchutla and Mazunte. There is no A/C so you need to make the fans work for you at night. Also, despite no nearby cars or partiers, be prepared for noise of the local wildlife: dogs, cats, birds and roosters! We enjoyed our relaxing stay. Thank you.

A Dream with Harbor Views – Perfect Escape! I was very lucky to spend a few days at this beautiful place with direct views of the harbor – and it was simply memorable. As soon as you enter the apartment, you immediately feel welcome: stylishly furnished, immaculately clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The absolute highlight is without a doubt the view. Watch the sunrise over the water in the morning with a cup of coffee or watch the lights of the boats in the evening over a glass of wine – priceless! The location is ideal: quiet enough to relax but just minutes walk to the beach, charming cafes, restaurants and small shops. The host was exceptionally friendly, helpful and available at all times. I can recommend this place from the bottom of my heart – if you are looking for relaxation, style and a touch of maritime luxury, this is the place to be. I will definitely be back!

Adriana’s place is peaceful and just minutes away from the Zipolite beach on the ATV that you can rent directly from her (strongly recommend renting it). The place has everything one needs for a short stay, and Adri is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Without a doubt my favorite place during my trip, it is super nice, comfortable, relaxing and with a very good vibe. I would like more days, you can bring to cook and have your coffee with that beautiful view. Thanks for your attention and Audrey's

This is a great apartment for a San Agustinillo stay! Easy to find, right on the main road, steps from the beach, has all the amenities listed in the description. Ernst was very helpful and responsive during our stay. Would stay again!
