The house is located in the village of Lunger and about 1.5 km from two nice beaches at Hjälmaren where there is a sauna and barbecue areas. A nice nature reserve is within walking distance. In the village, there is also a nice country shop. The house has an old style but is equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The stairs to the upper floor are original, steep and worn but functional. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two beds.
