Only positive things to say about Kev, his team and the airbnb. Amazing location in a secure, gated community with an amazing view of Medellin. The airbnb is well maintained, spacious and very clean. Staff are attentive and give you whatever privacy you desire (or you can hang out with them too). Highly recommend tailoring your trip with Kev as he has immense knowledge and connections in and around the city. His communication is unbelievable and prices are very reasonable. Some additional things we booked through Kev: airport pickup/dropoff, private chef, on-demand private drivers, ATVing, coffee tours, private massages. There is clearly a reason why this place is a Guest Favourite!

Check in was smooth David was responsive and very helpful with any issues we had with the place he also was very flexible with the check in for us and surrounding area is great with lots to do.

The house was clean, in a great location, ideal for US travelers who want to enjoy the night life. Very secure location and the host was very effective at communicating with me. Checking in or getting into the house was a little challenging since the voice instructions were in spanish. However, there are written instructions in English that you can follow so it may not be a big deal after all. Otherwise, I will definitely stay here when I return next year. We did not have any problems at all.

Daniel and his concierge are amazing hosts. Truly hospitable and professional. The house feels very safe. Simon was an amazing point of contact for us and really ensured our experience was world class. Would highly recommend Daniel and any of his properties. I will be booking with Daniel again in the future.

Great house plenty of room

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

Jonathan was very helpful

Andrés was an amazing host for us. He was great at communicating. He helped us with airport transportation there and back . He also had great recommendations for us to try different things and excursions. We had an in house helper Michael that helped with all our needs. Michael also helped us get around with our Ubers and when we were home made sure we were safe. There was also a cleaning lady that cleaned the rooms and made sure the house was always clean. We had a great experience and definitely will be booking there again.

Great location clean and open rooms was nice size and the 4 flight walk up was worth it will book again.

Amazing gem!! Melisa and her team were outstanding. Super responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. Our flight landed earlier than our check in and they had no hesitation in letting us check in sooner. The apartment its self was 12/10, although super spacious with 4 bedroom, 4 bath it was a very warm and homey. The first living room windows opened all the way showing all greenery trees and plants outside, super tranquil and relaxing with your morning cup of coffee. The location was amazing, it was between 5-10 minute walk to Calle 10, bars/ restaurants, grocery store, etc. yet far enough where the loud music doesn’t keep you up at night - truly was the perfect location! There was a building security who was at the front entrance 24/7 and you could only enter by being buzzed in and out which made me and my family feel super safe and comfortable. Cesar did a great job of taking care of us while we were in the house and was very responsive with anything we needed including getting breakfast made for us daily and someone to come iron our clothes on wedding day. Carlos was fantastic providing us rides on demand as needed and anything else we may have needed. Also a great tour guide. Carlos and Cesar will make your vacation to Medellin one to remember.

Super apartment, very spacious, matches the pictures, super clean. Great access to restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

I really liked the place, but if I would make some significant improvements that make the stay feel more welcoming like the second floor bathroom mirror, I would change it. The lights in the room that were flashing. In the kitchen the oven did not work, they would put microwave oven in its place. The rest of everything is super suited to expectations, super space and above all very large, it was very comfortable. One detail that tmb could be an option for better is in the bathroom in the main room very little water came but upstairs was excellent. The truth would be repeated, the hosts were super attentive and always very responsive. They helped me a lot!

Loved this house, spacious and comfortable enough for our group of 7. Host is very helpful, takes a little to respond but she responds. Open concept with no AC just ceiling fans, so if you like to sleep or be with constant AC might not be the place for you. House is cool at night. Overall loved our stay

Marlone was a great host who explained everything very well. The property itself is located nicely around many restaurants and clubs that are only a few minutes away via car. Had no issues with any of the furniture, showers, jacuzzi, tvs. Everything was great and as advertised. Would stay here again in the future
