Very nice apartment, clean and well decorated. Very good bedding as well. Adil is a thoughtful and responsive host. Good location if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech.

Great apartment about 3 km outside of the medina. The children and us were really enjoying our stay. Especially Minnie and Mickey Mouse, two stuffed animals were loved by our kids. Everything was tidy and the communication was without any problems. Try to come back as soon as possible. Best Michael

The apartment was very clear and spacious. It feels like home. We accessed the apartment earlier than the check in time thanks to Ahlam and Layla. Unfortunately, wifi wasn’t working. The apartment is very near to the main road. Very easy to find a taxi, walked distance from mall, restaurant, jardin majorelle. Layla welcomed us! She was very helpful and she told us some tips for our stay in Marrakesh. We would love to comeback again here.

nice and very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary equipment. kitchen and bathroom without limescale and mold. with hot water. bedrooms are nice and cool and clean. living room nicely decorated. clean pool which is cleaned every Tuesday. apartment is well insulated, so no noise from outside. Nihad and Salaheddin on location are always accessible and respond very quickly. booked for 8 days, but it was very nice in the apartment that we booked 2 extra days. this will be our home again next time in marrakesh.

Mrs. Ilham was really very courteous and responded immediately to messages for anything. The apartment is large, with a beautiful terrace, in the bedroom there is a huge and very comfortable bed, the large bathroom with shower, but there is no hairdryer. In the living room there is no larger table to be able to eat more comfortably, but apart from this detail, my husband and I had a great time.

Youngness is a great person, very responsive. He is very nice to let us check in a little earlier. The apartment is located in a very convenient area, there are lots of restaurants around and the train station and bus station is just right across the street. I will definitely come back if I have a chance to visit Morocco again

Very large apartment, close to the train station. The owner communicated with us very well and helped us get in!! He was very friendly Quite equipped, and corresponds to the description! Everything is great!

We stayed for one week and the accommodation was great. The check in was flexible, and Hassan always almost instantly responded to any messages. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need from a washing machine over towels to all the kitchen utensils. The building entrance is always guarded by security and the building was in a safe location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I would definetely recommend.

We loved this place & felt right at home; it is located in an upscale, modern, immaculate, non-smoking, safe building with 24/7 security. The balcony & bedroom have a beautiful view on the large resort- like courtyard with a pool & exotic landscaping. We loved having meals there. A grocery store is accessible directly fr the building & opens till midnight. Karine is very friendly & informed us on the must see places we could fit into 4 days; she created a binder with excellent descriptions & maps, sent us links & took the time to share information to help us navigate Marrakech on our own; she is a travel writer & knows every detail of her beloved city. The spacious updated apartment is decorated with taste. Everything one needs is provided; most of it without asking: Karine even got fresh bread, butter, milk, lots of water & coffee so we didn’t have to rush to the grocery store immediately. She arranged for transportation to/from the airport at a reasonable price; nice car; good driver

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Marrakech! The apartment was spotless—everything was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was convenient and safe(security outside), perfect for exploring the city( only 18 minutes away from centre by car). What really stood out was the host’s communication—always responsive, friendly, and eager to help. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Hakim and Naïma were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hakim communicated warmly through Airbnb, and Naïma took great care of my parents during their stay on site. The location is excellent, a calm and peaceful area with a spacious parking lot and a quiet balcony. Everything they needed was available, making the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Clean, spacious and located close to the old city. Communication was very efficient and quick, we didn't spend too much time in the apartment but it was just like in the photos and described. The apartment also has 24h personnel in the lobby and the pool is a great plus.

We really enoyed the appartmant and the pool. Appartmant has everything you need for a family. In peaceful and secure residence. If we return back to Marakesh we wouldn't think twice to stay with Hassan again.

Spacious accommodation for a family of 5 out of the hustle and bustle of central Marrakesh. Use of beautiful pool which we mostly had to ourselves. Manon was a very responsive and helpful host.

We spent an exceptional week with the family at Jamal's beautiful villa. The house is superbly decorated and arranged with great taste. Everyone loved their stay! Jamal is an exceptional host: warm welcome, always available and attentive, he regularly checks in and gives excellent tips for discovering Marrakech. Special mention to the housekeeper and Latifa, the cook, who allowed us to enjoy delicious Moroccan specialties. It's a real luxury to be able to fully enjoy your vacation without worrying about nothing. I would recommend this villa without hesitation. Premium service makes all the difference. The place was very nice and quiet. We did not have good flight times and a flexible check-in and check-out. Abdellatif was always available and helped us with it. The pool has been great for our children and we really liked the Moroccan charm in the villa. Cats come by again and again, which my children loved it very much. We had two normal duvets, the rest are these typical thick fluffy Moroccan blankets. This might be a bit of a hassle if someone has asthma. But I think if we had addressed it, we would have been offered other blankets as well. The taxi drivers often had trouble finding the place. I don't know what it was about. But abdellatif was also very helpful. There are a few small things that could be done, but we were very satisfied and would book them again.

Without words to describe Ismael's attention, we felt right at home, plus the place is just like the photos or much better. A highly recommended place. Thanks to the people who helped us in the grooming, they were also very special. 🫶🏼

Very nice stay in this beautiful villa, very beautiful and colorful interior decoration, pleasant heated pool in this season (end of winter), we had a housekeeper from 9 to 4 p.m. who was cleaning (dishes, machine and ironing), Houda and her husband were very nice and responsive, they also recommended good addresses to us, thank you again for everything 😊

Beautiful villa located in a quiet and soothing setting, everything is done to make you feel indoors and outdoors. We're not missing anything! We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains, the kindness of the caretaker who is present 24/7. We had a nice welcome from Yanis, who made himself available throughout the stay, at any time. Dream villa at the Al Maaden golf resort. A big thank to to Thomas & Yann for being accessible and helpful, a special thank you to Taoufik who drove us and was always available with his expertise to visit sights, arrange tour guides and everything else that made our stay so wonderful. Hadyja provided delicious breakfasts each morning and Jamila introduced us to the Marokko cuisine with a delicious dinner! Highly recommended for everyone looking for a luxurious vacation!
