This truly charming medieval residence is set on a single floor plan in the quaint historical center of Ostuni at approximately 300m from the main square, Piazza della Libertà. It enjoys a stunning view of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, stretches of fragrant olive groves, winding mysterious passageways and pretty terraced rooftops. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt in the area, characterised by pebbles and shingle. The seabed is almost entirely covered in very fine sand (but this may change depending on storm surges). In short, a real home by the sea!!!
