Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Mekong River

this place is perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. All employees are very friendly and super accommodating. When I didn't go so well on the day of departure, we were also allowed to check out later. On excursions, we were always helped directly to organize a car. It is really a very nice and quiet place. the food is also super delicious.

Toto and Katy were lovely hosts. This place is a very peaceful step away from the rest of the island. Toto has done a great job renovating the buildings using reclaimed timber. The vibe is very relaxed. 👍🏻

Very nice place, beautiful sunset, beautiful pool! The rooms were clean, the host was very nice and super welcoming. The breakfast included and the bikes that can be used for free are really convenient. Several restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend it.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Homestay is fully equipped, spotless, and well cared! The privacy is unbeatable. With a beautiful garden and no immediate neighbors, we could relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves without worry. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The location is perfect, away from noisy main roads, offering pure tranquility. And the kitchen—wow! Spacious, airy, and perfect for cooking, especially with fresh organic vegetables from the garden and generous neighbors who share their delicious homegrown produce. The garden even has grapefruit and papaya trees, so we enjoyed fresh fruit straight from nature! Finally, the host is beyond amazing—100 out of 10! Incredibly kind, always available, and quick to help with anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly special place in Yen Bai, this is it. We’d absolutely stay again. We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything was perfectly arranged – it felt like a real home away from home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped, and the private pool was absolutely amazing to relax in. The host was incredibly friendly, always responded quickly, and gave us so many great tips to explore Pattaya and the surrounding area. If I could, I would give the Airbnb 6 stars. Binh welcomed us directly, as he lives next to the accommodation on the same property and showed us everything. Through the beautiful and lovingly furnished garden, you could go to the small private beach and relax in the hammock. We also got some suggestions for restaurants, shopping and places to visit on the island. We also had diving glasses there and we were allowed to use Binh's sup. We spent most of our time on the island here because the place is too nice to leave. Also, we got Bánh Mì delivered every morning and were able to indicate every day if we needed anything from the market. Binh always responded very quickly and took great care of everything. The Airbnb is very thoughtful and designed with a lot of love. All in all our stay was impeccable and we will definitely come back! :)

Property looks as beautiful in person as it did online. We were greeted with fresh fruit upon check in. Well equipped villa with very nice pool. Hopefully will stay again someday. Marco was a great host.

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to everything. The host was friendly and communicated effectively. However, the bedding had a strong fabric softener scent, making it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was poor, and the lack of a shower curtain made showering difficult and messy. I hope these concerns can be addressed.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is very convenient, just 10-15 minutes from District One. The view from the apartment is stunning, and the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The gym is well-equipped, and the infinity pool offers a breathtaking view. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming stay.

We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. It was such a wonderful experience staying, I have a little daughter and everyone was so helpful. When she wouldn't eat the family helped me to feed her and play with her while I relaxed a little. I can't wait to go back one day!

We made great friends here and we loved our stay. We were supposed to stay one night only but we got “trapped” and we stayed for 3 total nights and we didn’t want to leave! Location in the jungle is breathtaking, the staff became friends, we felt part of the family. And the food was simply amazing! We stayed in one of the family barbecue dinner organised and met so many interesting people and had fun with the staff in a really spontaneous way. They made some mistakes with the room but they totally made up for it during the stay! Thank you! We will come back.
