Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

Private parking space and location close to nature. Exit from E6 at Mellby Center. There you will find Ica Maxi, pharmacy, café, restaurant and McDonalds - all at a distance of 200 meters from the cottage. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with the well-known, 12 km long sandy beach. There are many attractions in the nearby area and various activities within a comfortable driving distance.

This is a lovely cute little apartment with kitchen, bathroom and living room with double bed (140cm). Renovated 2025. The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in the corner of the property. You have access to your own patio and small grassy area. The accommodation is suitable for holidays, working travelers, cyclists passing along the Kattegattsleden. The apartment is only about 400 meters from the beach and 100 meters to the bus stop, with good connections to Laholm, Båstad and the train station CLEANING & LINEN INCLUDED

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.
