Beachfront holiday rentals in Mellieha Bay

We spent 5 weeks Feb-March in this apartment, and it met all of our expectations. Clean, with comfortable seating for 4, (something often lacking in holiday rentals) and all necessary facilities to allow us to cook for ourselves when required. An abundance of excellent local bars and restaurants with exceptionally friendly attentive staff made dining out a pleasure. The access to transport to all attractions across the island was also very welcome, with a bus stop across the road and the ferry a 5 minute walk away, and a constant stram of Bolt taxis on hand when required. The walks along the waterfront to St Julians and Valetta are very pleasant with interesting sights along the way, and recommended. We had the added bonus of being in Malta for Carnivale which was breathtaking. Minor queries were responded to promptly by Tina with friendly communication when required.

wir hatten ein paar Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, aber kein Drama. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist entsprechend ruhig. Für Restaurants und Supermarkt benötigt man das Auto. ein kleiner gratis Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und war schön und recht sauber und bietet viele Muscheln zu sammeln. kommen gerne wieder

The loveliest stay in Josephines apartment. The most amazing seaview, and super close to St Julians, can even walk to Sliema. Josephine was a great host, super sweet and great communication. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

Haus ist sehr schön, sehr geräumig mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Meer und Bademöglichkeit direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite (Badeschuhe empfehlenswert). Hermine war jederzeit erreichbar und Fragen wurden sofort geklärt.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the location was fantastic—just a few meters down the road and you’re at the sea and promenade. The view was amazing, and public transport was conveniently nearby. Totally recommend it.

The first I want to say BIG THANK YOU to Andrea - apartments just Perfect! Location is perfect to have the best holiday. You will have around where to swim, where to get sun tan, many nice restaurant to eat, to do shopping, enjoy the view. Everything in hand distance, also 2 metres and will have bus stop. Apartments by it self just 10 of 10 🤩🤩 Love Everything we had - hudge rooms, lots of space, air conditioner in each room, kitchen have more than everything, quite and private, comfortable bed in the bedroom, good smell in the rooms, and OMG what a view from terrace ❤️.... just incredible.... i could spend all my holidays only sitting in this terrace. 😃🙈😃 i can recommend this apartments to everyone, who want quality and comfortable stay. Ich habe dir Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Sie verfügt über all das was man im Urlaub brauchen könnte. Es fehlt so gut wie an nichts. Es gibt sogar ein Bügeleisen, Shampoo sowie weitere Decken und Kissen werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen beiden über eine Klimaanlage somit ist es möglich did perfekte Temperatur für seinen Schlaf einzustellen

This is a beautiful house with stunning views in a great location for exploring Valletta and the three cities. We particularly loved watching the world go by from the roof terrace which gets the sun all day. Gianluca was an extremely helpful and responsive host. There is a bit of noise and hustle and bustle with things going on on the water during the day and the cruise ships coming in or going out but at night it is very quiet and felt totally safe with lovely eateries within walking distance. Lots of locals living in the area and so much character which felt much nicer than some of the more modern resorts we saw during day trips around the island. The kitchen is small as described but we managed to cook meals for 4 of us. It might be a challenge for larger groups.

We had an incredible stay at Corel’s apartment. The space was stunning, exactly as described, and offered all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The pool was a delightful bonus, adding to the overall experience. St. Paul’s Bay was just a short taxi ride away, making it easy to explore, but we also loved the convenience of having some good dining and drinking spots within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great location near to the bus station for getting around & close to shops & the sea. Apartment was super clean & Alison met us at the property. Spacious, well- equipped & had everything we needed for a great holiday. Nice to have a pool, too.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern für zwei Wochen in Concetta's toller Unterkunft. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight für uns alle. 😃 Der Blick aufs Meer, die Sonnenuntergänge, relaxen am Pool - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, konnten richtig gut entspannen und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Mirkowelle etc. Der Außenbereich mit Garten ist sehr groß und es gibt ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Concetta ist ein tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Bei Ankunft hat sie uns Restaurant-Tipps gegeben und war vor und während des Urlaubs immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben während der zwei Wochen verschiedene Ausflüge gemacht, z. B. nach Syrakus, Noto, Ragusa und Taormina. Letzteres ist etwas weiter entfernt, ist aber wunderschön gelegen und sehr zu empfehlen. Concetta's Unterkunft können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 😊

Nous avons passés un séjour très paisible dans ce magnifique logement. Le logement est aussi beau que sur les photos, Eliza et Cyprian étaient disponibles pour nous conseiller sur les endroits à voir. Merci à eux ☺️

This apartment was a lovely place to stay for four people. Denise was very communicative and helpful throughout the trip. It was lovely and quiet and the harbour was spotless.

great location, good clear instructions made it easy to find ,clean and well presented accommodation ,short bus journey or walk to local bars and restaurants , got a 4 day bus pass to explore well worth it , overall great place to stay and relax .

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

This was a fantastic place for a week long stay with my husband and a 2 year old. Great location, spacious, the main room is incredible! We loved the balcony and it is much better in person than shown in photos. The place has everything you may need. The flat is very well lived in and require some TLC, but otherwise I highly recommend. The location won’t disappoint.

Chris’s place was very nice much bigger than expected spotlessly clean, very good area for what we wanted to do, eating places in walking distance, would highly recommend.

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit einzigartiger Aussicht. Nahe gelegener Strand und Bucht zum Schnorcheln. Mehrere Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Komfortable Betten, auch wenn wir lieber 2 Bettdecken statt einer großen Bettdecke bevorzugt hätten. Man kann vor der Haustür parken, allerdings auf doppelte gelbe Linien am Straßenrand achten - wir wussten es nicht und mussten leider eine Strafe bei der Behörde zahlen. John wechselt nach 3-4 Tagen die Handtücher aus und bietet eine kostenlose Zimmerreinigung und einen kostenlosen Wechsel der Bettwäsche bei längerem Aufenthalt an. Strandtücher können gegen eine angemessene Gebühr bei ihm ausgeliehen werden. Unsere Wohnung lag im 5.Stock und es gab einen Aufzug. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank John!

First time in Malta and wondered where to stay. Two broad choices, in busy Valletta or quieter North. We chose quieter area and it was, very quiet (very few people around) as it was April. We had a car and found some lovely beaches nearby. We chose the apartment as the view over the balcony to the sea looked lovely and indeed it was. Apartment very clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We had a beautiful stay at Mario’s apartment. Everything you could possibly need. Mario and his family were very pleasant and dealt with any enquiries or needs promptly. We would recommend a stay here and can’t wait to rebook another visit

Hôte réactif, logement propre et moderne, bien situé, qui nous a permis de découvrir l’île de Malte, nous avons adoré! Logement proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage, c’était parfait!

We had a great stay! The place was spotless and extremely well-maintained. It's located right in the center of everything, which made getting around super convenient. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. Highly recommend!
