If you just want to relax, the large terrace is perfect for sunbathing and barbecuing or just relaxing with a good book. Here you have everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. If the weather is bad you have panoramic views to the natural elements from the inside.

The apartment is centrally located with a great location by the sea. The area is safe and peaceful. About 8 min walk to airport. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to Bodø City Center, which is a nice walk along the boardwalk. The city offers many great restaurants, cafes, cultural houses and shops. Short distance to the fast boat, railway and Aspmyra. The apartment is modernly furnished and well appointed. Glazed balcony where the glasses can be easily opened. Here you can enjoy the silence and the entrance to Bodø. Good sun conditions.

At Stia you can stay in scenic and tranquil surroundings with views of the fjord and mountains. Here you can enjoy silence under the starry sky and northern lights, or simply have lazy days on the beach "Stia" located just below the cottage. You can also enjoy the hot tub in summer as well as winter. If you want speed and excitement, there are many possibilities: Alpine hiking in Glomfjord, walking on Svartisen, skiing in the Meløy Alps, island hopping along the Helgeland coast and more. The apartment is located on venerable Jæra in Glomfjord, here you can find the tranquility with lighthouse in the fireplace and enjoy an amazing view with fjords and mountains as the nearest neighbors. Sit inside and enjoy good food and drink while it blows like the worst outside. Or you can go out and experience fresh northern Norwegian air and nature up close in all kinds of weather. Here it is a short distance to the fjord and mountain water for those who want to try their fishing luck or just go for a long walk.

Large cabin with lovely views, boat and sauna

We welcome open-air guests to our great cabin in Holmsundfjorden in Gildeskål, 1 hour drive south from Bodø. The cabin is idyllic and undisturbed all the way down by the sea. The cabin has a boathouse with a 14 foot boat with 10 HP outboard motor. The cabin also has a great, private sauna tub all the way down by the water, and an outdoor jacuzzi (this is new from July 2025). Formidable hiking and fishing opportunities await you in Gildeskål, and we are happy to suggest top trips and smaller family trips for you.

BOLGA, a remote IDYLL N of the ARCTIC CIRCLE

Bolga is a beautiful island on the Helgeland coast with approx 85 friendly inhabitants, a grocery store and a tavern. Exciting conditions for hiking, climbing, bouldering, kayaking, diving, seakiting, fishing and foraging. The cottage is situated in the south-west corner, 2 km easy walking from the harbour. Daily connection with the mainland by ferry or local boat to/from Ørnes and express boat to/from Bodø/Sandnessjøen. You may observe the amazing Northern Light from September.

Great cabin for a family trip or a walk with your boyfriend. Peaceful and quiet in lovely surroundings. The cabin is about 1h and 15min away from Bodø Good cabin standard with running well water, hot water and shower. The toilet is indoors in the bathroom and bio toilet type. Private barbecue area where the fireplace can be enjoyed in both rain and sun. Wood is brought or can be purchased by the host for NOK 200 per 40l sack

Restored and charming seahouse from 1965. Brightly decorated house of 35 m2, with 2 small bedrooms on the loft. Living room has a dining area and a reading area. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, and bathroom with toilet and shower. Outside area with garden furniture and campfire pan. Yacuzzi can be rented for an extra fee on 600,- for a weekend or 800,- by the week.
