Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cottage has its own patio and here you live next to nature. In the village of Mem, the Göta Canal flows into the Baltic Sea and there is a restaurant. There is a lot to discover near Mem, such as picturesque Söderköping, exciting Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo. Sheets/towels are not included in the price, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. As our guests, you are expected to clean the cottage before departure, otherwise a cleaning fee will be added.

Pleasant stay on a small farm near Söderköping

Övernatta i egen stuga vid vår lilla gård, Solsätter gård 8 min utanför Söderköping längs E22. Här har vi getter, höns, kaniner och katter. Om du har tur kan du få ett nyvärpt ägg till frukost. Det finns två enkelsängar på nedre våningen, 2-3 bäddar på det mysiga loftet. Trappan upp till loftet är brant, rekommenderas ej för barn under 12 år. Nära till trevlig badsjö med badbrygga, avstånd 5 km. Boendet passar bra om man besöker Kolmården, Vimmerby eller vill besöka Söderköpings omgivningar.

Cozy little cottage of 15m2 overlooking the bay. Swimming friendly lake 100 metres behind the cabin. Fantastic walking opportunities in Kolmårdsskogarna around the cottage! Private Shower, toilet is in a separate building 20 meters from the cabin. The cottage is equipped with the essentials for short stays. Refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave and housewares. Hot plate and grill outside. Riining water is in the shower area. Please bring your own linens and towels.

Washing machine and dryer. Parking on site. From the accommodation, you can walk to the city center in about 10 minutes. You can get to the travel centre by bus or tram. A distance of around 20 minutes. It is about a 20-minute walk to the university. Linen and towel included.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you get to enjoy both nature and water. Here is Kanalmagasinet, where you can in the summer have a good dinner, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

Schoolhouse near the archipelago in a small village by Göta Canal

On the Östgöta coast between Norrköping and Söderköping lies Mem, which is the first lock on the Göta Canal with a lot of boat traffic to look at. The canal was inaugurated here in 1832. In Mem, which is built around the canal with buildings that previously housed Lotsstation, Tullhus, Post, Tullpackhus, Skeppshandel etc. there was also the school which was built about 1890 and in which school was run until 1938.<br><br>

There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
