Peaceful getaway- This entire one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of our home. It has a private entrance and lovely views of Auke Lake. The apartment is nestled up against the forest. Plenty of onsite parking with all new amenities. The home was built in 2019. The location is ideal, right near Auke Bay. Just a quick walk or drive away from Forbidden Peak Brewery, The Anchor eatery, Auke Bay Café, Squirez Rest (sports bar with a view), hair salons, Auke Bay Yoga and more.

Historical single family home with owners on site. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to neighbors, garden space.
