It is a 5-minute walk to Çiğli State Hospital and Katıp Çelebi University, a 5-minute walk to the Egekent IZBAN stop, and a 1-minute walk to the industrial zone and the tram. I recommend that you contact us before booking 😉 There is no cooking in the house!! Natural gas is not active! I have air conditioning 👍!!! I can rent it out by the hour between 1 pm and 6 pm.
