Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. It is a 5-minute walk to Çiğli State Hospital and Katıp Çelebi University, a 5-minute walk to the Egekent IZBAN stop, and a 1-minute walk to the industrial zone and the tram. I recommend that you contact us before booking 😉 There is no cooking in the house!! Natural gas is not active! I have air conditioning 👍!!! I can rent it out by the hour between 1 pm and 6 pm.

Our home, Yenifoça, is located in the centre, making it easy for you to plan your trip. We recommend that guests arriving by car, if they arrive early, unload their luggage close to the house and then park towards the marina area. While the central location of our house allows you to walk to cafés and shopping areas, the fact that it is situated on a cul-de-sac behind the busy street provides a quiet environment away from the noise.
