Our updated beach house offers a pool (not heated), jacuzzi, chill-out roof terrace, BBQ, bath towels, bed linens, exercise equipment, washer and dryer, books, games, an office workstation, and a 32" Samsung Smart TV. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and a few blocks from many bars/restaurants and the local grocery store. This is our vacation home, and it holds a special place in our hearts. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Capacity for 3 people, but you could check with children, depending on their ages. Great care has been taken with the decoration and infrastructure. It's great for couples and families. The location is unbeatable: a few meters from the beautiful cove of Santandriá where you can walk (five minutes). You can also visit Ciutadella, a unique place in the Mediterranean, a five-minute drive away. And its pool is spectacular.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.
