Private cottage with 13 foot ceiling and polished floor boards kept in original state. The host is lodged at the back of the property - separate from your section of the house. The cottage is private and one level with no stairs - ideal for older folks and families with babies. It has 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed & the other Double bed and King Single. A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 min(15min walk) from Merewether beach, ocean baths and known walking trails. Note: 2026 there is a building development close by and you may experience some noise disturbance.
