This bungalow is absolutely the coziest! The layout is charming, and the home is adorable—very well maintained and spotlessly clean. My kids and I loved being greeted by Alice on the front porch every day—she’s the sweetest and friendliest dog ever! All the animals at the ranch are so people-friendly, especially BoMama the donkey, who quickly became a favorite. We’re incredibly grateful for the chance to stay at this peaceful and beautiful Airbnb. Barb and David are truly amazing hosts—so kind, hardworking, and incredibly responsive. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely ranch. My kids can’t stop talking about Alice and are already asking when we can come back!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay in this beautiful home! We felt so welcomed by Cameron and Darby. The house was so spacious and so comfortable. We were greeted with a hand written note and a basket of snacks. We will definitely be booking again next time we come to Delta! Definitely 5-stars! ⭐️

The house was great and a short walk to a playground. There were lots of extra blankets, pillows and linens which was perfect for the kids sleeping on the futon. Neighborhood felt safe and the house is on a quiet street.

This farm house and property is beautiful. Set up and equipped with anything you need to make your stay comfortable. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here with friends and family and we're so thankful for the space, yard, and plenty of rooms. Tamara has been great about responding and answering all my questions from the time of booking, 5 months prior.

We loved coming back to stay! The location is wonderful - quiet and close to downtown. The backyard for our dogs was especially appreciated.

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

This was our second stay in the Escalante tent. Our first stay was in 2022. The property was already awesome back then, but the hosts have done a TON of work these past 2 years from the community pool area, bathrooms and pathways, to all the decorations, lighting, and sitting areas that give an overall inviting feeling to the property. We've stayed at other glamping properties, but this one is by far the best. The scenery is top notch. There are no crowds in Gateway, so it is very peaceful. The drives south towards Naturita along the Dolores and over the pass to Moab are incredible. The tent comes with everything you need to cook/eat, build a fire, or just relax. Also, the bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept on, even compared to expensive hotels I've stayed in. On top of it all, the Escalante is pet friendly. Our dog loved this place. He's since passed on to bigger and better things, but we'll make the Escalante tent a regular stop to celebrate his memory.

So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

Two words - absolutely awesome! This property was amazing in all regards. Very spacious, very clean, very well equipped, beautifully decorated, lots of amenities. The guest house, the pool, the hot tub, the huge firepit (x2) - all were wonderful. The yard is very spacious and quiet with great views - awesome for outdoor cooking and living. Nightime lighting around the patio and in the trees create a nice ambiance. It even had water flowing through a landscaped creek. Great place for kids with the tree house, tire swing, and life sized playhouse with foosball and an upper playroom. Huge parking area. Historic home. Not sure how else I can promote this place but my group of 9 loved it. Plenty of space for larger groups of families. The host was very good with plenty of communication and quick response. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I needed a quiet weekend place for race weekend. Cindy's place did not disappoint. The digs were quiet & clean. We particularly enjoyed that there was no television in the room. the hot tub was fantastic and the room equipped with anything needed for a weekend stay. The only downside was that we couldn't take home Ace, the cutest and friendliest host you could ask for. Would absolutely recommend.

This was our second time here because we liked it so much. It was very cozy and a great spot when you have dogs.

The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Great communication. The perfect place for my hubby and I to crash after a grueling trail run.

Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

Wonderful stay! Great yard for our small dogs. Courtyard was private & welcoming. We enjoyed having a glass of wine & watching the dark sky. Definitely would return often!!

What a beautiful oasis in the Palaside countryside. The house was charming and well maintained. The large fenced area outside was greatly appreciated by the dog. The setting itself is peaceful and offers great views of the mountains. It is also a great jumping off point to see the many things the area has to offer. Would love to stay again, for longer next time!

Incredible hosts. You know the phrase “give more than you take” — that’s how Amanda and her husband treated me, with warmth and hospitality after a long arduous journey on the road. It was very appreciated. Fire and star gazing were wonderful as well. Thank you so much!

My words and details will not do this beautiful place justice. I am so happy I found this little house. My puppies loved it as much as I did. There was so much room for them to run, they loved every second of it. The outside space was perfect, very serene. The horses, goats, geese and sheep were great to pet and feed. There was lots to do, or nothing if you so choose. Either way, this was such a fun find. I will be back.

There's no word to describe how amazing this place is! if you are an animal lover, you have to stay here! it was a little slice of heaven and we really enjoyed spending our christmas at this place. We went out every morning and fed the animals treats, got to interact with them as much as we wanted. It was really cool to wake up, open my eyes and see all the animals out the window. awe are big dog lovers in our family and were missing our own pets so it was really great to have the dogs wandering around the property, and we could let them in the house with us to hang out any time we wanted. We will definitely be back to this place!
