Hi , We offer a 27 m2 studio in the basement of our house. Access is independent. The entire place does not include any shared rooms. It is intended for 2 people. Quiet environment: the accommodation is located in a private cul-de-sac. Warning: - The screen visible in the photos is a simple screen for connecting your computer via HDMI. GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
