Located in the heart of a 6000 m2 wooded park, our cottage will charm you with its calm. The kitchen opens onto a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you up in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 rooms including one with dressing room. The south facing terrace and expansive garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues, and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Only 7 km from the car village of Lohéac, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only 1.5 hours' drive away, and the Vilaine towpath is 3 km away.
