The Studio, on the first floor with a separate entrance, is located in the body of an Aeolian house renovated by Ettore Sottsass, next to his home. My property is located in a residential, quiet and panoramic area. Access is on a private road, just 30 meters from the bus stop with Capolinea Railway Station and Messina Centro. All the necessary amenities are just a few minutes' drive away, and the Sicilian motorway entrance for all directions is 14 km away. The apartment overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea and a few minutes' drive away you can reach the Ionian Sea and admire the spectacular fusion of the two seas.
