The Studio, on the first floor with a separate entrance, is located in the body of an Aeolian house renovated by Ettore Sottsass, next to his home. The Studio of about 50 square meters includes a double bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and two terraces, one to the south facing the sea and the islands and one to the west facing the sea and mountains

My property is located in a residential, quiet and panoramic area. Access is on a private road, just 30 meters from the bus stop with Capolinea Railway Station and Messina Centro. All the necessary amenities are just a few minutes' drive away, and the Sicilian motorway entrance for all directions is 14 km away. The apartment overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea and a few minutes' drive away you can reach the Ionian Sea and admire the spectacular fusion of the two seas.
