We thought: "A hot tub in front of a large TV in the living room, that would be great!" we did it... but in front of a small cinema 2.5 m diagonal. A gentle, simple atmosphere, without the bling-bling, but with multicoloured light and monkeys 🙊. In town, so paid parking. No private parking. Train station and centre 10 minutes' walk.

Private, covered garage, but inaccessible to oversized vehicles. 3-minute walk to shops and lively squares. To respect the neighbors, after 10:00 PM, loud music and voices are prohibited. Come and relax in this unique cocoon open to nature. The Üte Z1 is spacious and comfortable for 2 people and pleasant for 4 people. With views of the wooded mountains and of the delightful village of Saint-Quirin, with its priory and the charming chapel on the hill. We have introduced 'firm' bookings in response to last-minute cancellations without cause, but we remain open to discussion in cases of force majeure.
