The Megarama, rarely available! Beautiful and we love to share it with pleasure. Small apartment of 70 m² on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard away from the busy street. We thought: "A hot tub in front of a large TV in the living room, that would be great!" we did it... but in front of a small cinema 2.5 m diagonal. A gentle, simple atmosphere, without the bling-bling, but with multicoloured light and monkeys 🙊. In town, so paid parking. No private parking. Train station and centre 10 minutes' walk.

The 35 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, former mansion, on the garden side. We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + a living room (Netflix TV, fridge, microwave) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty,the body of water, the Opera,the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.

If Üte Z3 is already booked, please feel free to try Üte Z1 😊 Come and let yourself be lulled by the light and the sounds of nature in the hammock, and daydream on the terrace surrounded by trees. The Üte Z3 is a little haven of peace and tranquillity, ideal for 2 people. Attention steep path to get there 😊 We have put in place firm reservations in view of cancellations without reason, but we remain open to discussion in case of problems ;)

Located 20 minutes by bus from Nancy Thermal, spa guests can enjoy the city center after treatments.
