Grande maison de famille, très bien équipée et confortable de 340 m2 située dans une petit village, à 15mn d'un gros bourg commerçant. Elle est largement ouverte sur une vaste terrasse et son parc privé arboré, non clos, de 6000 m2. Très belle vue sur la campagne environnante, pâturages et bois à l'horizon. Il n'y a pas de cultures à proximité donc pas de risques liés aux pesticides et insecticides. Sa situation à la sortie du village, l'absence de vis à vis, lui offre calme et intimité.

L'Ecurie Insolite

Classified 4 stars for tourism, the Ecurie Insolite is located in the body of the family farm, transformed into a 120 m2 cottage with a preserved decor, repainted with lime, using the existing fixtures and doors or accessories. The kitchen in the old horse stable, the living room in the stable, the front bedroom in the stable with the feeders... The second bedroom, 35 m2, with its boxes can accommodate from 2 to 4 beds. The bathroom is located in the old hen house.

The large gîte in Louppy-sur-Loison

This is rightly called the great gîte! With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you have space for all your friends. A gîte to retreat to: with sauna (infrared), the natural warmth of the wood stoves, the authentic materials, a cocoon in a rural area. Louppy is located in a rural area of France with about 10 inhabitants per km2. There are shops at a distance (12km), and the internet is good. There is the silence, the spotting of birds and (big) game, the walks in nature.

Close to a typical small village near the Argonne Forest, the cottage is located on the Faiencerie estate. It can accommodate a total of up to 15 people in 5 bedrooms. A large living room with a large table allows meals to be eaten together. The cottage includes 2 bathrooms, two separate toilets, two equipped kitchens, two laundries with washing machines, dryers. These two bungalows, located at the Ferme d'Animation Educative de Woimbey, give unlimited access to the Farm. Entrances to the Farm are included in the rental. This accommodation will seem uncomfortable if you do not appreciate the exclusive and exceptional side of access to animals after closing to the public. They offer exceptional views of the Meuse valley from their huge terrace. Ideal for relaxing.

Mobile home in the countryside

Country mobile home, close to farm with border collie, cow, poultry and rabbit. A heated and covered pool is available from April to October. Friendly and available hosts. My place is close to hiking trail (Voie Verte), lakes (Bairon and Douzy), aerodrome, Belgium... Possibility of motorcycle hiking on request. You will appreciate it for the calm, perfect for couples and families (with children).
