It is wide open on a large terrace and its private wooded park, not enclosed, of 6000 m2. Very nice view of the surrounding countryside, pastures and woods on the horizon. There are no crops nearby so no risks related to pesticides and insecticides. Its location on the outskirts of the village, with no buildings opposite, provides it with calm and privacy.

Cottage located in the countryside, in a quiet area, close to the Belgian border, notably Orval Abbey, and around 45 minutes from Luxembourg and Verdun. The property comprises a living room, a dining room with a fireplace (firewood provided), a WC, a shower room and a kitchen leading out to an enclosed garden (terrace and barbecue).

The bathroom is located in the old hen house.

My place is close to hiking trail (Voie Verte), lakes (Bairon and Douzy), aerodrome, Belgium... Possibility of motorcycle hiking on request. You will appreciate it for the calm, perfect for couples and families (with children).
