It’s a great place to live if you are in Kolhapur, such a warm hosts. Room was very clean, great ventilation, toilet was super clean, peaceful and quiet place, hosts gives you lot of information if you ask anything he is always ready to help. Even aunty was very sweet. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for clean and hygiene place along with peaceful environment this is the place for you. Thank you Ramesh sir and aunty for lovely hospitality. I recently stayed at Ayush's rewind and relax place, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property was exactly as described, if not better, and exceeded all my expectations. The space was clean, newly constructed row house, spacious, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Also facility of washing machine is provided. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood. Archana was an incredible host. She is responsive, accommodating, and her communication was prompt and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting at Kolhapur. Whether you’re traveling for business, leisure, or a mix of both, this place is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again!

My stay at this cozy Airbnb room was nothing short of magical! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The space was beautifully ambient, spotlessly clean, and had the most welcoming vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby! The host was considerate enough to provide clean towels. The coffee station with milk powder, instant coffee sachets, and a water heating kettle made the next morning more fresh and active. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, always making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect. I especially loved the quiet neighborhood, which made for such a peaceful retreat. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Vaibhav is extremely helpful. Had travelled with my parents who are super senior. He saw to it that they were comfortable when I had to go for a sport event. Food served was awesome home made .. It was like home away from home. He personally looks after the property and is always available in the premises Definitely recommended
