Family-friendly holiday rentals in Miami Beach

Rod’s place was fantastic. We chose it because we have children aged 1, 2 and 4. It’s walking distance to everything - the beach, the pirate playground, great footpaths for scootering, walking distance to shops and restaurants and the facility also has a pool that is wade-in which meant our young children could splash in the shallow area without us holding them. The apartment was kitted out with everything we needed - and more! We brought our own baby Bjorn travel cot but they have the exact same one in the apartment. There was even a small step for toddlers to reach the sink. We loved having access to a few puzzles and books - we brought our own with us not expecting the apartment to have anything but my 4yo completed Rod’s 100 piece puzzles multiple times! The underground secure carpark is great. We drive a Kia carnival and had no problems with the carpark at all. Rod and Kathy provided very clear instructions and information. It was also extremely clean!

I had a great stay at this place during my trip to the Gold Coast. Everything was more than just good – the cleanliness, comfort, and overall setup exceeded my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the place looked exactly like the photos. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great experience overall!

We had three wonderful days at Kim's lovely property. Location was right in the heart of Broadbeach with all its attractions a short stroll. property was spotless, bed was very comfortable. Kim was very helpful and all her written access instructions were clear. Highly recommend this property for all prospective tenants.

Michelle's place has fantastic views and very relaxing too. The location was perfect for us with beach walks close by and also the walking track towards Boroadbeach was really good. We felt quite comfortable at this place and will look at staying at this location again should we happen to visit GC in the future.

The apartment is great, in a great location, with an incredible view. I simply loved it and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to the Gold Coast.

We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The location is ideal, amenities great and the apartment had incredible views. Layout is great for a family and the apartment seemed well maintained. Shaleah was responsive and went out of her way to ensure our needs were met. Thanks, we hope to return one day!

Such a lovely place to stay for a getaway. The kitchen has all you need and the services in the complex are fabulous. Jenny was a welcoming and responsive host.

A beautiful stay on a serene canal, right in the heart of Broadbeach. There was a grass patch downstairs for our dog. Brad was very responsive when we had questions.

We had a fantastic Easter long weekend at Rob's place. The house is beautiful, homely and has great amenities (pool, outdoor table, coffee machine, etc). The beautiful, expansive tropical gardens offer incredible views in a relaxed and peaceful environment. Loved the outdoor firepit, bbq and hammock too. Rob is a friendly host and provided us with coffee beans, milk etc. Wish we'd stayed longer and hope we'll be back!

This is a great little apartment, and Lana is a great host. Everything was comfortable and easy, and it's a great location just far enough away from surfer's to feel peaceful and private.

We had a wonderful stay in the Broadbeach property. The home was beautiful and pristine, the different areas made it very enjoyable and the host was super responsive. Just remember to close the doors and windows at night so cockroaches and mosquitoes don’t get in and sneak into unwanted spots! The outside facilities were a little worn but we also didn’t use and you could tell the upper deck hadn’t been used for a little while. The wifi wasn’t great and didn’t reach all areas of the massive house! Overall a big home with lots of space - the master bedroom is most definitely a selling point and one of the best rooms in the house! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved our time at this property! The hosts couldn't have made us feel any more welcome and the house was a favourite for us across our travels, giving us plenty of space and a really homely feel to spend our time. Places like this really add that little bit extra in making time spent travelling feel special. Would book again in a heartbeat!
