You can actively move your body with paragliding, kayaking, rafting, and SUP experiences, or rent a bicycle and take a leisurely ride through the town. Nagatoro has many delicious udon and soba shops. Harvesting chestnuts, grapes, Nagatoro strawberries, and more is also fun. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores.
