The perfect couples getaway. Large studio, private deck with garden views. Modern bathroom and European style kitchenette with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Short walk to back beach. Pets welcome. Please note we live next door in the main house and our dogs (GSD and Chihuahua) will bark occasionally. Neighbours also have dogs that sometimes bark. If you hate dogs, please book elsewhere. Beautiful 1 bed studio apartment set on a lush, quiet 2.5 acre block surrounded by nature. Only 5 min North of Coffs Harbour centre, & close to beaches, shops & tourist attractions, but you could be miles away! Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!
