Late summer is also a great time to spend relaxing days in this wonderful little beach cottage. We had 8 days of sunshine, which we used with hikes on the Lillebæltsstien, daily swimming (rather short) and several visits to Middelfart (at the old harbor there are delicious fresh fish). However, we could have stayed on the terrace all day to enjoy the wonderful view. We loved the beach house, it is tiptop clean and tastefully decorated. Janne and John are attentive and warm hosts, we say thank you!

Kirsten and Per's place was absolutely amazing! The contact was super nice and uncomplicated – from booking to departure, everything worked smoothly. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. You can tell that it has been decorated with attention to detail. I felt completely comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without restrictions. Thank you, Kirsten and Per – happy to come back!

Charming Country House Close to Bogense

My family and I had a lovely stay at Vibeke’s place. It’s a lovely house nicely situated to explore the surrounding areas on Fyn. The outdoor area was a lovely place to sit and look out over the garden. Vibeke was a kind host, welcomed us warmly and bid us farewell with just as much warmth. We felt very much at home. The kitchen and house come equipped with everything you might need. In the area around the house you can buy fresh potatoes and strawberries directly from the farmers (assuming they’re in season). The water front is in walking distance (about 20 minutes).

We had a very nice holiday on Funen. Bogense is a beautiful town (the graveyard!) and we made trips to Odense, Fredericia, Billund and Ribe. The holiday home is spacious and nicely decorated. Convenient that bedding and towels are provided. The sea view is lovely! The garden is large and if you prefer to stay indoors there is also a huge barn with table tennis, billiards, foosball and an XXL trampoline. It's great to walk the sea from the garden. The boulder beach is only a narrow strip, but you can walk along the coastline. Really a very nice place to spend your vacation!

We have enjoyed this nostalgic and authentic house. The location was fantastic. The magnificent view was priceless. It looked like a picturesque one. We would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately had to continue. We'll be happy to come back.

We spent wonderful days with Helle and Jan with autumn hikes on the beaches, through forests and along the many fields. The house is quietly located, the views are great and the hosts are very friendly. We felt very comfortable, would have liked to stay longer and would be happy to come back. The property is also very suitable for colder days or nights. Thank you!!

The best air bnb we have ever stayed in ! Ole and Nete warmly welcomed us to their home when we arrived . They showed us around their house and garden and had baked fresh rolls and made coffee and tea for us . From the moment we met them and walked into their home we felt relaxed . Their home is beautiful with lots of areas to relax and the garden is lovely with different areas to eat . You can see the sea from their decking and I loved having my morning coffee watching the whales in the harbour. We loved picking the fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs. The area is beautiful , you can walk to the beach which is stunning . It was a great base to explore other areas such asJutland - you just go to Ribe it’s beautiful - and other parts of Funen. There are local supermarkets which is convenient. Whale watching in Middlefart is a must. Thank you Ole and Nete for a wonderful holiday 😊

Using the hot tube while it's cold and rainy with fireworks during new years eve is probably the best way to end the year. Our Hosts were super friendly and kind, the cottage is very cozy and we loved and enjoyed the cd music collection from the 80s to the 2000s on a solid soundsystem. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, the beach is very nice, but if you are into restaurants and siteseeing you have to go to the nearby cities of Fredericia, Vejle or Kolding, which requires to drive by car. But walking through the neighborhood has its very own charm. We will for sure come again.

Thanks for a great stay. This place was perfect for us and everything was easy. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed and the location was outstanding; close to train and tram, all the city restaurants and cafes, walking distance to the free public sauna and pool and beautiful river and park. Also close proximity to a perfect cafe (Nelles) with great coffee and staff and several supermarkets for supplies.

The accommodation was exactly as described. The stay was very good and we had many opportunities to do something indoors even in bad weather. The pool, the sauna, the sports hall and the large area upstairs are a great opportunity to take advantage of the time. We would love to come back.

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely house. There was everything you could need and everything was clean and tidy. The host was very quick to communicate with, and very accommodating. We enjoyed the lovely garden and the pool, and although we stayed on a very quiet street, there were many shops 5 min walk away, like the city center was also in walking distance. We highly recommend renting this house.
