Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Middle East

My friends and I stayed at the Apartments for 5 nights, using it as a base to explore Paros and Naxos. The Apartments were clean and spacious. Good facilities. We were given a welcome pack with nearby restaurants and things to do. The host was friendly and offered free transport from the Port to the Apartments. Free beer and wine were provided upon our arrival. The Apartments were ideally situated, 15mins from the Port and the main town of Parikia. This was useful as we got a lot of ferries and buses. My friends and I would recommend this place!

We loved this place! The host was so friendly and kind. The area is extremely walkable with beaches, restaurants and stores nearby. The pool was very clean and nice and they provide pool towels:) Would recommend 100%

Very good and comfortabele apartments. Friendly personal in a nice surrounding. The rooms are clean and everything you need is available. Next time I will come back to this very good and friendly hotel.

A really great host !

Me and my fiancé had the best nights stay here. Beautiful new clean apartment with the most comfiest beds. Not too close to Malia main strip so quiet but only a 5 minute walk if you wish for a night out and a supermarket just round the corner. Relaxing pool and bar with lovely friendly staff. Very welcoming hoteliers. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay at. Lovely shower and suits self catering needs. Book and you won't be disappointed Thank you Melissa Apartments. We will be back again soon !

The home is really a place perfectly for families specially for us. very responsive and helpful host. we love the interior it is exactly what we are looking for. the kitchen is superb very spacious! and it got everything we needed. the living room is very relaxing. the bedrooms were on the spot. perfect sizes of beds and linens. my kids and us have enjoyed our stay in Hyur. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dahlia, we had quite a lot of questions as we had several in our party and they were arriving and departing at different times and every question was answered promptly and with all the info we required. The apartment itself was beautiful and the pool area was just what we needed after a day of exploring. It was a 10 min walk to beach and the little town which was pleasant. Would definitely recommend and come again

In a quiet location. There is no parking problem. It is only a little far from the center, it can take 15 and 20 minutes by walking.

Great place and great host

Eva is an amazing host , this place I would recommend to anyone thinking of coming to Armenia or anyone already visiting.The places she has are honestly premium apartments good for single , couples , friends or family. It was a pleasure staying in this specific one but I have also stayed in a couple others of Eva’s. It’s been an amazing experience and I’m glad I chose to come here me and my wife have made a great friend.

Hanane and Mohammed were so easy and lovely to deal with. Any issues and they were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location was great, not too long to get out/in of JVC and located well for a nice morning walk to coffee or lunch spots. The pool on level 1 was sun drenched and the perfect spot in the middle of the day. Front security were always warm and welcoming. Overall it was a great choice for a short term stay for 1 person!

The place is just amazing, book without a second thought if the size is suitable for you. It is a lovely cozy apartment in the heart of Tbilisi. Extremely clean apartment, with comfortable bed. Madonna is a very nice person, she welcomed us so warmly and helped with anything and everything we needed! She even gave us late check out. From balcony there is a lovely view, we enjoyed our morning coffee there. Kitchen counter had everything one may need. Lastly, apartment temperature, water pressure, Wifi, everything worked perfectly. Will definitely book this apartment again.

My stay with the host was an excellent experience by all accounts. From the moment of arrival, the accommodation was clean and organized, containing all the supplies a guest might need, which made me feel at home. What I liked most was a sound collaboration and his constant willingness to help, whether to give me information about nearby places, or to give advice on local transportation and restaurants. He was always available to answer any query, and it was easy and quick to communicate with him. The location was also perfect, close to services and facilities, which made my daily commute very convenient. I thank Selim for this wonderful experience, and I recommend staying at his residence to anyone looking for comfort and hospitality

oleg and his partner were more than accommodating... i stayed multiple month in different units in alliance palace with them... any problems or concerns were dealt with in a timely and professional manner... great property and great host... i recommend 1000%

Great place! Great Host!

This was my 4th stay here and I’ve booked a 5th later in the year. Ahmed is always cheerful, helpful and resolves any issues (there are very few and very minor!) quickly. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and light. Great location, near the marina, Sheraton and supermarkets and it was easy to arrange food deliveries. El Sakia beach on the doorstep is nice and the staff are really friendly and helpful too. Thanks Ahmed for being a wonderful host again ❤️

Ahmad is truly outstanding

Aida is a wonderful host. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine and always informed me of potential utility interruptions. Her kind husband came over to fix the water heater immediately after I told them it wasn’t working. The apartment itself is cozy (has one of the better beds I’ve slept on in Tbilisi), and it’s located near one of my favorite restaurants (Maqashvilebtan). Overall, the value is quite good in my opinion. I had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but Aida informed me that they are no longer there.

The place was very good and it was fair for the price. It was clean, beautiful and close to everything. Very kind and helpful staff. I would book again 🤗
