The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden (with own small private area) & hot tub.

There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings.
