Very nice house for groups who want to relax a few days. The kitchen is well equipped, in the common room is a lot of space for every one. Thank you Piet for the great time!

The dune house is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time on Ameland. Located directly on the dunes, you can experience the nature of the island in all its facets. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Geertje is a great host and communication with her was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend a stay dune house!

A nice place to stay in a holiday park. To the reception 2 min walk, supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf etc also nearby. The house has a second fridge in the storage room. Unfortunately, the house is not very well insulated, but the heating works great. The fireplace makes the living room cozy. The kitchen is also well equipped. The beddings and towels must be picked up and paid at the reception. However, it and Sylvia refunded the amount immediately.

The house was very nice, the many seats outside were especially great. It was all comfortable and nicely decorated. The surroundings were fantastic and quiet. Too bad there was no water in the pool. It was a nice time to relax. Thank you. 🧘🏻‍♀️

We felt very comfortable at the place and were able to enjoy the holiday with our two teenage children from the first minute. Perfectly suited as a starting point for visiting surrounding cities. Check-in with Marjan was warm and friendly. Thank you for the great holiday!

The house is spacious and well furnished. We particularly liked the cozy sofa corner, the comfortable chairs and the beds equipped with good, pleasant mattresses. And the highlight is the hot tub on the terrace with miles of views over the fields. Since the door closes immediately when closing, we managed to lock ourselves out ... But also for this, it was quickly and easily remedied, many thanks again for that!

Lovely little cottage right on the water. The house is exactly as described, perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, right on the water but also with a small pool that our children delighted in. A fun canoe and boat to take a tour around the surrounding waters. Highly recommend for a peaceful few days with children.

What an excellent house to stay. Very great surroundings, quiet and beautiful stargazing at nights. Close enough for travelling around Friesland and/or visiting the isles of Ameland/Schiermonnikoog. The house itself has all features you need. Great kitchen, very good beds and big badroom. Highly recommended for a stay.

We had wonderful days! A very comfortable cottage that was not lacking, in a very quiet area, in the middle of the meadow. A short distance from Leeuwarden. Very friendly owners. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Loes's house and immediately felt very comfortable. There was nothing missing. The artistic and loving decor was absolutely to our taste. Loes is a very friendly and helpful host. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice place to stay in Texel!

It was a warm welcome and a fantastic homely coming home. Beds slept great. Everything on the island can be done within 15 minutes by car.

a great house on a central place in Leeuwarden. We were personally welcomed and given a tour of the house with all kinds of tips. The spacious kitchen has all the comforts, the living room beautifully and cozily furnished. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are sleep wonderfully. Celia was easy to reach for questions and responded quickly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this lovely cottage for a week in early April. It is located on a marina, surrounded by water and meadows, we enjoyed the wide view and sat a lot in the wind-protected seating area. Overall, the weather was much better than expected, and when it got cold, the oven made the living room very cozy for us. The house is large, beautiful and functionally furnished, with eight people we had enough space. We will be happy to come back!

Laurent's place felt warm and comfortable. The outdoor area is private and pleasant, with direct access to both the kitchen (ideal for a quick snack) and the living room (perfect for a movie night). The surroundings are peaceful and attractive. It's only a 10-15 minute walk from the center, making it convenient for buying groceries or taking a pleasant stroll through the shops. The rooms are clean and minimalist, offering a comfortable place to sleep. I strongly recommend choosing his place for its excellent quality-to-price ratio.

Mario was very hospitable and helpful. He was clearly proud of what he has build, and with a very good reason for it ! He showed us around, invited us for drinks and everything in the house was in pristine conditions. Highly recommend! Ciao Mario !

A wonderful place to stay with a very friendly hostess. Everything was very lovingly decorated and the garden quite enchanting. Thanks to Corine's detailed description, we found our place immediately. We are more than satisfied and had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We will be happy to come back.

If you want to know something new about the house and amenities, we can't add comments to the fantastic description and many guests. A beautiful, cute Frisian cottage. But what we can tell you: we have never experienced such great hosting qualities as Gaby and Peter's. Such a warmth, whether via short reports or live on the phone. As if you've known each other for a long time. In addition, there is the almost limitless trust in the guests. Experienceable by: Everything is open, everything is filled, you can use everything. What a nice house to stay!! Very tastefully decorated, full of comforts and clean! Close to parking. A nice garden to enjoy the sun. Pleasant contact with the host. Everything was to your liking!

We stayed at the property over New Year's Eve and felt very much at home. The location right on the water is a highlight. It is a very quiet area, so highly recommended for a relaxing break.
