Anyone who rated this Airbnb below 5 stars simply can’t be trusted 🙈 Best host in town!

We are living several months in this apartment and continue to enjoy our long-term stay. The host has always been very responsive and helpful. The air fryer that he provided us has been a great addition to our life here, we are able to cook our favorite dishes even without an oven. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a long-term rental.

I had an amazing stay at this well-equipped, spacious apartment! It feels more like a home than a rental, as if the host had designed it for personal living. The modern, high-end appliances, including a robot vacuum (which I’m going to miss in future stays), made everything so convenient. The apartment is in a new building, freshly renovated, and comes with reliable, fast internet. The location is peaceful and close to nature, with a Mega Image grocery store nearby for essentials. There’s also a park, Lidl, and a mall with an Auchan within walking distance, plus a bus stop nearby that takes you straight to the city center. Overall, I absolutely recommend this place and will definitely book it again!

Octavian’s place was great! It was exactly as listed on Airbnb. Octavian himself was responsive already before the trip and helped me out with some extra services (including organizing decorations, cake etc for my partners’ birthday). He was also helpful during the whole stay and gave us some recommendations as well. The place was very clean, modern and if you’re okay with walking then around 3km to city centre.

Je recommande grandement le logement de Camélia. Conforme à l'annonce, il est très bien situé, dans une résidence calme et securisée, proche de toutes commodités, du centre et des transports en commun. Il dispose d'une place en sous-sol et d'un balcon, qui sont appréciables. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Les instructions données pour l'arrivée autonome sont très claires. Camélia est une hôte très sympathique, réactive, de bons conseils et aux petits soins . J'ai eu grandement plaisir à échanger avec elle, et reviendrais sans souci.

Un apartament modern si curat, exact ca in poze, cu toate facilitatile listate disponibile. Locatia este buna, cu un view excelent, mai ales noaptea cand orasul e luminat. Adina este o gazda foarte receptiva si intelegatoare, iar comunicarea a fost mereu usoara si rapida. O experienta placuta per total, m-as intoarce cu drag!

Având în vedere prima experiență cu Airbnb, pot spune ca aceasta cazare m-a bucurat și m-am simțit foarte bine. Pe lângă curățenia pe care am găsit-o, am avut la dispoziție și multe alte facilități de care m-am folosit cu drag! Următoarea dată când voi reveni în București, cu siguranță voi alege cu tot sufletul din nou această experiență!
