The facility to which we invite you is a newly opened, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly onto the forest.

There is nothing in it that you can buy ready-made in a hardware store. We offer a classic bathroom with an old brick floor and a cast iron bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. It is a perfect place to relax for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finally hear their thoughts. The lack of internet and very poor GSM coverage will help.

There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate place for a bonfire, a wooden playground with a sandbox and a trampoline, as well as a hammock and deckchairs for resting. Built in 1927 with Prussian brick, it has retained its original character and rural simplicity to this day. Restored and traditionally finished, it's the perfect haven for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is divided into two separate self-contained farms and is presented in the listing, with an area of about 120 square meters.
