Our house is 100 meters from the sea in Bodrum Milas Bosphorus. You can reach Bodrum center in 30 minutes by car. It is a hygienic apartment with its own beach, shuttle service within the site, sports field and full sea view. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes without a car. 2nd floor where you can relax. Our 1+1 apartment on the floor has a double bed and 2 sofa beds. It is close to the airport,grocery store, market. You can enjoy the sunset on the balcony. WiFi is available.🐱🐶PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

In Milas the city of lights, home to the majestic flamingos within Tuzla wetland bird sanctuary, this is a garden guesthouse in a private villa in Bogazici 🏖️ The property has private access to a beach with a cafe and a pier. It’s possible to walk up & down to the beach but it’s suggested to go back up with a vehicle. The cleanliness and temperature of the sea is at the most ideal state. Furtheremore the area hosts the highest O2 levels in the region. 🌴 Relax while sipping çay or coffee.

A cute house very close to the sea... The house is in Zergülkent Sitesi, Bogazici, Milas. You can walk to 2 different beautiful beaches in 5 min. It is around 35 min drive to the Bodrum Center, 25 min to Milas and 20 min to Bodrum Airport. We have grocery stores in 5-10 min drive. Our house has 3 floors with different entrances. We are renting 2 of the flats. This is the first floor. We are mostly present on the middle floor and we try our best for your comfort and wellbeing. See you:)

Stone House with Pool - Entire First Floor

Spend some quiet time alone with nature, in this 120-year-old historical stone house, which we, as an architect family, restored faithfully to its original. You can take a stroll in the village among the olive trees in the morning, and then spend some quiet time under the stars on your poolside patio in the evening. Or, if you want, you can reach Milas in 15 minutes and see the historical Hungarian houses. You can shop at the local market or have a pleasant meal in the old ottoman bazaar.

As of June 2024, I have created this listing for my home in Milas. My apartment is the guest room of the old Milas house. It offers ease of transportation with its stair-free, independent entrance, spacious courtyard and ease of use in the center. We are ideally located to stay in the center of Milas. You can visit Baltalı Kapı, Uzunyuva and Gümüşkesen with short walks. Easy access to public transportation We're an animal-friendly family. Our dog Kara is just as cute as our cats.
