We had a great time, the house is very bright and equipped with everything, in a quiet area and close to the center... upon our arrival Anna and Niko, they paid us a welcome arrival both for us and for my two dogs... We recommend it to all those who want to explore the beauties of Desenzano and its surroundings by staying overnight in a familiar and private environment and close to all the attractions of the lake

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

A very authentic lake view villa with a beautiful and well-maintained garden! In April, we could sit and dine on the veranda which has an exclusive view over the Garda lake. It feels very private as it has its own driveway and entry gate. It’s a 5-min walk to the port where you can catch boats cruising the lake. Around the port, there are also a few restaurants and a small beach. In the opposite direction, just at the end of the road, there are a few other restaurants which are even closer to the house. We did not miss anything! There is also a baby chair and a foldable bed. Absolutely recommend the place!

The location is very nice, close to the lake and the city center. The house is as described clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, and the host is very cooperative.

We had an exceptionally pleasant experience during our stay. The host Guendalina and her husband Paolo were extremely kind and always available. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and just a short five minutes walk from the historic center of Ferrara. Everything was within walking distance. The biggest hit with the kids was the football table. We will definitely return to gorgeous Ferrara for a longer stay.

Really lovely retreat. Hired a car and drove around Lake Garda and an amazing place to come back to and relax. Fantastic rooms and lovely breakfast box. A little gem highly recommend

Very clean accommodation with all the comforts required, very comfortable beds and a well-stocked and complete kitchen. Extremely quiet and traffic-free location, quiet area. Center of Sirmione reachable by shuttle a short distance from the apartment and convenient location also to reach other places of interest in the area. Everything was positive and Federica was also very available for tips on restaurants and how to get around the area.

Place is amazing and great if you have a family! Quiet but also entertaining for kids, the water games are awesome. I would add more pans and pots and utensils to cook with, other than that it was perfect!

Great stay gahad at this super accommodation! Very nice location with views over the lake. A neatly maintained garden with swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful owner, responds quickly to messages and gives valuable tips about stay and surroundings. In short, we enjoyed it!

We immediately felt comfortable!! Serge (co-host) was always easily accessible, explained everything to us well, the house, an old renovated farm from the area, was brilliantly beautiful and contemporary. The beds were very pleasant and we all (8 people) immediately felt comfortable and spent three wonderful days inland on Lake Garda. Thanks again to Serge and his entire team. We felt very comfortable in this wonderful part of the world. Far away from the tourist hustle and bustle in picturesque scenery. When you look through the windows, you think you would be looking at a photo wallpaper, because the landscape is so fantastically beautiful. The entire complex invites you to dream. Our apartment was spotless. It was equipped with everything your heart desires. In particular, we really appreciated the washing machine, with our one-year-old son. A few minutes' drive away, there are numerous fantastic restaurants offering authentic Italian food. Monica was a very accommodating, helpful & likeable hostess. We will definitely spend future vacations here again & highly recommend this place to our friends.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Loredana’s place in Garda! From the moment we booked, Loredana was incredibly proactive, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a smooth arrival. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering excellent local tips and always being available if we had any questions. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located.

Laura is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the days at her home. We loved the hot tub there. There are many high rating restaurants near by. Just few mins walk, that’s really convenient. We also walked to the Castle and enjoy the great view of the Lake.
