This is a quiet and beautiful place in the forest with various attractions for adults and children. Swings, benches, 50m zip line, a house and a playground for children. In summer, there is a swimming pool. Bicycles for those who want to ride in the woods, for long and short trips. For those who are interested, I can provide my modest gym and even a real cinema with seats for 6 people. Warsaw is 20 minutes away. There are several restaurants and a large playground nearby. In case of emergency, there is an additional room with a double bed in the house next door.

Our cottage is surrounded by a forest planted by the former owner of the house, a forester by profession. The lack of direct neighbors, contact with nature and silence are definitely the greatest advantages of Leśniczówka. In the house you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils, barbecue and fireplace. The area is completely fenced, so four-legged friends will not go for a lonely walk. The goat will take care of the warmth on cooler evenings. You can spend the warmer ones by the fire or on the terrace.

*Inflatable hot tub available from June 1st* A charming cabin in the forest, 100 meters from a lake. The space includes a loft bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom. Outside a fire pit area, projector + screen (indoors and outdoors) for movie nights under the stars. This is a soulful place, not built for commercial rental. Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.

Lubomin Quiet Zone

Welcome to new, year-round wooden cottages, located in the immediate vicinity of the nature reserve. There are 2 modern cottages with a kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace and a glass wall overlooking nature, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, a mezzanine with a double bed, a terrace. Additional amenities include a gazebo with barbecue facilities, a fire pit, 2 bikes, Nordic walking, a sauna (for an additional fee). Near the reservation, bike routes, brine graduation tower.

Leśny strumyk is an oasis of peace in the middle of the forest, located less than an hour from Warsaw. You have the entire cottage at your disposal on a charming plot with its own stream, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In September 2025, the cottage was partially renovated and refreshed. A garden hot tub with hydromassage is available for guests to use free of charge throughout their stay.
