Our holiday apartment is situated on a peninsula in a unique location – on one side, it is just 100 metres from Lake Neuwarp, and on the other side, it is only about 80 metres from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature and leisurely walks by the water. In our small town, you will find two bistros, a pizzeria and a café. There is a supermarket only about 500 metres from the flat. The beautiful city of Szczecin is located approximately an hour's drive from us.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

In the middle of the “Am Stettiner Haff” nature park and on the edge of the Ahlbecker Seegrund nature reserve, our romantic farmhouse from the early years of the last century is located on a large, fenced property. The farm consists of a house surrounded by linden and spruce trees with a well-kept front garden lined with boxwood and an adjoining thatched barn.
