The 1-bedroom guest unit includes all kitchen conveniences, a living room and separate bedroom with a full bath. Private patio include a BBQ, ambient lighting, sun-shade, outdoor heater and shower.

Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? Please keep in mind this studio is for 1 guest only and is located on the 2nd floor (Walk-up).

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.
