Apartment holiday rentals in Mission Viejo

The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

The unit was extremely clean and well-maintained, though the living room furniture and rug are different than what appears in the listing photos. Ultimately not a big deal, though. The building itself is traditional/classic Hollywood architecture on a residential street. It was easy to find and easy to access with the codes provided by the host. The unit was in a good location - a $10-$12 Uber to Hollywood & Highland, the West Hollywood bars, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, The Grove, etc., or if you're up to it, you can just walk to all those places. Overall, I had a great stay, but I did experience significant around-the-clock noise (heavy walking/stomping) from the residents of the unit above this one that would make me second guess a repeat stay. However, neighbor noise will always be a possibilty if you're in an apartment building.

Super cozyyyy! Will def stay here again. Will was an amazing host. His studio is amazing. Just what I needed.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The building is very secure and there is even a cute little story right outside the front entrance that sells delicious snacks.

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

Wir haben 6 Nächte in dieser traumhaften Wohnung, mit Sicht auf den Hafen, genossen. Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben. Sehr sicheres Gebäude mit eigenem Garagenplatz, in der Nähe von unzähligen Restaurants und Outlet Shopping Center. Wir haben auch das Fitnessstudio und den Pool genossen. Stella hat uns immer sehr freundlich und schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great clean spot for a nice weekend get away real close to lots of stuff and a nice beach

Brian was a great host and the place was exactly as described! He let us check in early and even swung by as we were getting there to see if we needed anything. Would stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay. Right in the Bowl of San Clemente, within less than 10 minute walk to the pier and great Bear Coast coffee in the mornings and 2 blocks from Avenida Del Mar with cute shops and excellent restaurants. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite part of the place was the deck -- 2nd floor, facing the ocean. We spent more time out on the deck than inside. Perfect to read, work, eat. Manny was a great host and we plan on returning next year!

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

What a great place!! Location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, grocery store and activities. . Space is beautiful. I love it!! I will definitely return.

Udo was a fantastic host and provided everything we needed. He was extremely accommodating, and the house was absolutely amazing. The backyard was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beautiful California weather. I would definitely recommend this home!

This place is a real gem - if you’re looking to get away to Catalina for a weekend, this is the spot you want. It’s a cozy space with a comfy bed, great location, and a beautiful patio - what else could you want!

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

Had a great, easy stay. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Jan & Dale added lovely extra touches with snacks and breakfast items and were very responsive to our questions. I'd definitely rent here again!

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

El alojamiento de Maiia fue maravilloso, algo que me encantó fue la comunicación, siempre respondió rápido. Tuvimos algunos contratiempos en el departamento que se resolvieron gracias a su pronta respuesta. Nos hospedamos varios días y la pasamos muy bien. La alberca es un gran plus con calefacción lo que nos permitió usarla a pesar de ser invierno y el jacuzzi increíble. Incluye estacionamiento que también para Los Ángeles y la zona se agradece no tener que pagar nada extra. El edificio súper seguro. La zona si puede ser ruidosa y como bien dicen otros comentarios la habitación no tiene tan buen aislamiento de sonido, nuestra recomendación: empujar la puerta corrediza para que cierre mejor y escuchar menos ruido. A una cuadra de la casa está Trader Joe’s, debajo hay un CVS y cruzando la calle la estación del metro Hollywood/Vine. Nos encantó el lugar y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos en esta u otra de las propiedades de Maiia. Gracias por todo.

Maxime was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive and attentive, often checking in to see how I was doing or if I needed anything. The space was exactly as described, with an absolutely incredible view of downtown Los Angeles. It was clean, quiet, and very cozy. Perfect for a guest or two. I would definitely stay here again. At night the view was just perfect. Access to the building gym was a highlight, plus with a heated pool and hot tub on the same level was the cherry on the cake.
