We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people. Although only a small percentage of young people are responsible for this, we will only accept reservations from people 25 years old and older to avoid risk.

This is a private lakeside inn with a large garden located on the shore of Otsuka Pond, which is also selected as one of Ibaraki's top 100 sightseeing spots. This is a special building designed as an architect's home, and when you go up the stairs at the entrance, you will have an excellent view from the second floor. The 15-tatami living room, which connects to the dining kitchen and bedroom, is spacious and ideal for parties. The new room "KADO" has also been completed since spring 2024! You can enjoy the garden and Otsuka Pond more, and there is a semi-double bed. Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
