Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Miyazaki

Onda san is a very friendly and welcoming host. His house is spacious and very pleasant.

This was our favourite place that we stayed during our 5 weeks in Japan. The location is very peaceful, within comfortable driving range of Kumamoto city and all the wonderful nature of Kumamoto prefecture. You feel so far away from the bustle of Japanese city life. The rental unit is a very warm and cosy detached cottage. Shower and toilets are in a separate building and are incredibly clean and functional, and only a 5 second walk from the cottage. Matsui and his wife were incredible hosts who served us a very hearty breakfast, gave us local tips and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for making it so special! To anyone considering staying here, do it!

It's a great place to stay regardless of season! I went with one other guest during the winter. My girlfriend enjoyed the sauna and outdoor hot bath during the cold days and nights, and I enjoyed grilling food on the BBQ and staying warm by the fire. It has many amenities and good internet. Driving is a must as it is up the mountain and grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are a good distance away as well. I highly recommend staying during the winter!

Beautiful home, and the thoughtful preparation of the little cards and gifts to stay in, it was great to receive!It is fully equipped and clean. I had a great time here and would like to stay again☺️

It was a very good location and a stylish place to stay!

It has been renovated into a very nice space, and the small room (Doraemon room and another one) was delighted by the children! The view from the window was also enjoyed, the chickens were free to come and go, and we were able to enjoy the extraordinary space. The host's child also showed us around the premises. The gifts of vegetables and nuts, coffee beans, granola made in the homemade factory were very delicious.Pesticide-free rice and curry can also be purchased indoors, so there is no problem eating even if you go empty-handed. The soap and shampoo were also free of additives and I was able to use them with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

Clean old house. Extremely cheap still good. I am have stayed at more expensive places and had a worse experience. Definitely would recommend if you are after somewhere cheap. The house is also a good size. Nothing to complain about.
