Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Ett sommarhus utöver det vanliga! Fridfullt isolerat i naturskyddsområde med mer än 100 meter till närmsta granne. 10 meter från sjö med egen brygga och bastu. Bada, fiska, grilla eller ta en kvällstur med båten. Promenera i skogen bland lammhagarna eller ta dig ned till närliggande Nääs fabriker för shopping eller en god middag. Välkommen till vårt lantliga boende i Nolåns grönskande dalgång, endast 25 minuter från Göteborg. Här bor upp till 6 gäster i ett rymligt gårdshus med tre sovrum, två badrum, kök, vardagsrum och uteplats med utsikt över landskapet. Koppla av i det varma spabadet, ta en morgonkopp med utsikt över dalgången eller utforska skogar, hagmarker och vandringsleder. Här får du lugnet på landet med naturen utanför dörren och Göteborgs restauranger, shopping och nöjen inom nära räckhåll.

Unikt svinhus utanför Borås

En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis. Welcome to this updated old hunters cottage. Consisting of three cottages; one big, two smaller. There’s a big garden with a green house, to enjoy dinners, in the middle. The train station is a 5 min walk away and the trains take you to Alingsås in 10 min and Gothenburg in 20 min. There’s a rocky beach and a sandy beach close by. Lots of forest and meadows to stroll around. Perfect for a group of friends or family.

Historic guest house (built 1836) on a small peninsula by Lake Anten. Private entrance, parking and clearly defined outdoor areas. Peaceful countryside setting, 20 minutes from Alingsås. Public beach with sandy shore 150 m away. Our family lives in the main house on the estate, located separately. Limited traffic on nearby country road. Ideal for those seeking privacy, nature and space.
