Cozy single-family home on the farm

Cozy single-family home on old farmhouse in Kjosgrenda in Hadeland, rented for short and longer periods. The Livørsbygningen consists of a total of four bedrooms, three of which are of a good size and one smaller bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Fully equipped bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet with sink. Heat pump, two stoves, and a wood stove. Great views, and several outdoor spaces around the rental property. (A double room in the staff quarters is rented out in the summer as needed)

The cottage is located by the river. It has a private shower and toilet and a kitchenette with all equipment. The two bedrooms have each 3 beds: a double bed with a bunk bed, fine for 4 adults and 2 children (6 adults is possible but is tight). Pillows and duvets are available on the beds. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them. There is electric heating and most cottages have a wood-burning stove; nice and warm in the winter! You can park near the cottage. You want to watch a movie or work a little bit on holiday? In the cottage you have Wi-Fi!

We have solar berry truck, Pop Up farm shop and various seasonal activities. In addition to exciting venues for various events. There is a short distance to Lake Mjøsa, swimming area, Skibladnerbrygge and kayak rental, as well as all the action in the Middle of Mjøsa and in the surrounding area. Prices are indicative. Here you will find 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds, a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a cozy wood stove. The house also has a heat pump to keep a comfortable temperature all year round. If you want breakfast, we will buy and put in the fridge (850kr fixed price for the entire house - payable separately).

The house has been recently restored with care: original materials are preserved, ancient craftsmanship traditions continued, and all with respect for the history of the place. Here you can experience life the way it was-without sacrificing warmth, hygiene, or convenience. Hanshagan is beautifully situated in Stange Vestbygd and offers views of fields, forest and Mjøsa.

Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). The ground is 5000 sqm so you have a lot of outdoor space. The house itself is 69 sqm. Ground floor consist of:livingrom, kitchen and bathroom. 2. floor consist of 2 bedrooms
