We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable! Beds were very comfortable and location was great! Anytime I had a question Paula was very quick to respond ! We had an issue with our door keypad and Paula had it resolved within the hour calling me several times to keep me updated. The location is great! Pool is clean and great for kids ! Right across from a Surf side market and Waffle House ! It had plenty of parking and felt clean and safe ! Would absolutely stay in Paula’s place again!

Us 6 adults from Ohio loved Erin’s place to stay and will be booking again in the future definitely!! I’m just speechless on how everything we wanted to do was so close to our condo and we were all comfy and slept amazing!! Thank you Erin for everything you presented to us in our stay!!! Totally EXCELLENT!!! And so is Erin she is AMAZING!! 🤗❤️‍🔥💯💯💯

Thank you to Rob, we had a great family vacation! With this house, there was plenty of room for all 10 of us! We loved the location, the pool, the proximity to the beach, and local attractions! Rob was a great host! He communicated well, and everything was as described, beautiful and comfortable! Thank you from all the family!

LOVED our stay! This was my two toddler’s first time ever seeing the beach, and I’m so happy we found this during our last-minute booking. The condo is exactly as listed, right on the beach. Beautiful, unobstructed view right from the patio. Sue was very responsive even before we reserved, and made sure to check in with us during our stay. Every bed was comfortable, and there were extra blankets if needed. After reading older reviews I can tell they’ve been making improvements on this unit to better everyone’s experience. If you’re searching for your beach stay with a view, I highly recommend this one. This will be the first listing we check availability for from now on.

We had a great time during our stay. We enjoyed the living areas within the house, the views and the close walk to the dock and beach!! Everything we needed and wanted this week was within our fingertips. We had a couple days of storms and rain and were cozy in the home watching movies and playing games. Thanks Carrie for everything! Definitely will come back!

This was our second stay here (on the opposite side of the duplex) and again, we loved it! Not only is it exactly as described but they have so many amenities on hand and the house is very clean! The location is so close to everything but tucked away enough to not be disturbed and our kids loved using the bikes they have available. The hangout area under the house is great for grilling out, playing games, or “just chilling”. We will hopefully be back again next summer!

Perfect weekend getaway to visit my son stationed at NAS for Easter. Property was clean and described in the listing. My kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards.

I can not say enough about Amy and the place my family stayed at while on vacation in Pensacola. Amy was very responsive whenever we had a question. She also did a great job making recommendations. The place was exactly as described in the listing. They went above and beyond and had a brand new pack and play delivered for our younger son. We will absolutely be going back this stay with Amy the next time we are in town.

David was awesome so attentive so quick with the responses he went out his way to make sure I was able to accomplish my trip I originally booked on a weekend with bad weather he let me swap weekends and found me an available air bnb with in close distance as original location so I didn’t have to wait the next month til that air bnb was available again our stay was great nice air bnb huge kitchen and fast access to the beach etc would definitely book again

The house was incredible, me and my family loved it. Perfect location for us peaceful but yet still really close to do anything while your there felt right at home. Jeff and Jen were great host frequently checked to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Overall wonderful stay. Whole set up was very comfortable and the double patios were nice! Neighbors were welcoming, as well. Great host and experience!

We had the best time as a family at this beach house! It felt like a little home away from home and such a perfect location with quick and easy access to a quiet and family friendly beach! Some highlights for us were the patio with a big net to enjoy at night, large garage for parking, safe and quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again! One thing we didn’t expect was limited dish washing and laundry supplies, so with a family of 5 staying for 5 nights, we had to get some from the local store during our stay, but we completely understand and that was such a minor thing it didn’t take away from our great experience, just an fyi to maybe grab a few supplies on your way in if you are a big family or staying for a while. Overall, we had a great time and are already scheming up our next vacation to this cute beach town!

Loved this little gem just close enough to the beach without paying the beach price. Plenty of room, loved the balcony and porch, beach chairs towels, washer & dryer, extra towels and blankets. Everything was great!

This home is beautiful! It is clean, free of clutter and close to the beach. There restaurants nearby that you can easily get to. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend anyone to stay. The host is very responsive and easy to get ahold of if needed.

Absolutely loved this house! The amount of amenities that were given was great. House was spotless clean from ceiling to floor. Amy was a great host and responded within minutes. Me and my friends had a great time at this house. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table for sure! Overall this place felt like a home away from home and I would highly recommend Amy and her house to anyone and everyone looking for a beautiful place to stay while in Pensacola! We cannot wait to come back and visit this home!!

Marissas condo was very comfortable and accommodating! It had everything we needed for showers, making meals and sleeping. The queen sized bed was very comfy! The resort is close to the beach, wonderful restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Pensacola! Marissa communicated very well, and check in and check out was a breeze! I will definitely go back!

Near downtown, not too far from the gulf breeze and the beach. Host is responsive. The house was clean and comes with a lot of amenities. Parking situation was little confusing as there was confusion with the permanent resident there, but we quickly figured it out and host was quick about giving guidance. But overall enjoyable experience for bringing your family. Would stay again!

My family and I loved staying at this place!

Great location. Beautiful shared dock for all residents in the complex. The beach was also only about a 5-10 minute walk and with the bikes that the property comes with, we were able to get back and forth very easily. We were all able to fit and had a great time at this air bnb. Thanks to Tara and Jeff for their quick responses and flexibility!
