Although, we love to think that the place is full of peace, comfort and personality; the true magic of it is exactly where it's located. It's barely a minute away from the ferries and somehow sits quietly in the very middle of hustle and bustle of Kadikoy

You can stay in the center of Kadıköy and easily reach anywhere in Istanbul thanks to its accessibility to all public transportation options. Our centrally located home comes with fiber internet and all-inclusive household items. You can also enjoy a peaceful balcony overlooking trees. Every detail is designed for your comfort and convenience. Unlike many old buildings in Kadıköy, you can stay in a new and elevator-equipped building, within walking distance to cafes, bars, shops, and cinemas.

I am waiting for you for a pleasant Istanbul holiday in a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. My house has a tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism in accordance with local laws.

In conclusion, our building is designed and constructed to withstand any earthquake might occur in İstanbul.
