The apartment is about 60 sqm, on the 1st floor of a residential house, and has a separate entrance. In the living room there is TV with Blu-ray player, cromecast and many TV channels. The bedroom has a double bed. In addition, two mattresses that you can put on the floor. 1 person (max 180 cm) can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Screened, sunny terrace with dining area and sofa nook. The rent includes everything, bring toiletries and food.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is unique in a pleasant and quiet street. The apartment has its own access, and is well equipped and suitable for up to 3 people. It is quite low under the roof in parts of the apartment. We will arrange for you with bed linen and towels. You'll just enjoy yourselves. We do note that it is a basement and there may be an occasional spider. 😊 The apartment is also priced low since the heating system can be perceived as noise.
