Lovely quiet area. The accommodation is a guest suite beneath our home. We live above the property. We offer privacy to our guests. Bnb has its own entry/exit,Free parking, air conditioned Bedroom and private bathroom, ( not en-suite.)It is located through the kitchenette, approximately 5 metres away from the bedroom. Short walk to Kings beach, surf, and 12-15 mins walk to Shelly or Moffat, and to all of the eateries and bars. 2 mins drive. We use lovely hotel quality bed linen and towels.

Sunset picnics on the Headland, waves on the point, beach walks, beachfront bbqs at the playground. We are pet friendly but you need to message me for approval.
