A casa é a sede da fazenda, pensada para aproveitar a natureza com família e amigos. O seu dia começa com uma xícara do nosso café, seguido por um mergulho na piscina e visita as vinícolas. Depois o fogo de chão, pôr do sol cinematográfico e noites estreladas. A casa possui três quartos, áreas de convivência e espaço gourmet, ideal para famílias e grupos de amigos que buscam descanso e natureza. Estamos a cerca de 20 minutos da Vinícola Guaspari e próximos ao centro de Espírito Santo do Pinhal.

You're gonna love my place because it's a century-old mansion, the main house of a coffee plantation that is part of Itapira's history. The accommodations are cozy and spacious. The peace and nature of the farm will win you over!

As in the listing, the house consists of 2 bedrooms that accommodate 5 people in beds, but if necessary the house can accommodate up to 10 people (we have a double mattress available). The leisure area has ample space with a barbecue, wood-fired oven, swimming pool, freezer, tables and chairs to enjoy with the whole family.

Chácara Milani is a special place, thought out in detail, for you to spend unforgettable moments with those you love. Located in the city of Mogi Mirim and a few minutes' drive from Mogi Guaçu and a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, Havan (department store). Rent our space only for family groups, for a season or weekend! We have Saturday to Sunday overnight packages for up to 17 people. Or during the week (minimum two nights).
