There is a full kitchen with dining area. There is plenty of storage in each room. The apt is located on the second floor. Elevator is available. The apartment is located directly over a restaurant/ nightclub which means loud noises during the opening hours.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a step ladder, you get up to the cozy sleeping loft that is equipped with two adjacent 90cm beds. Warmly welcome.

Here you can live comfortably with plenty of space for both families, friends and business travelers who want practical accommodation close to the city. The plot is lush and green, with a balcony in a sunny south-facing location. For children, there are grassy areas to play on. You live close to both Vänern's water (450 m) and the travel centre (1.6 km)."

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Vårt rymliga hus passar utmärkt för två familjer och erbjuder många aktiviteter utomhus. Massor av aktiviteter kan hittas på i den den stora trädgården. Vi har en stor studsmatta, gungställning, ett spelrum för att hålla barn aktiva. Med kajaker kan ni ta lugna turer i Tidans å. För att njuta av fiske (kostnadsfritt), kan ni använda våran båt. Cyklar finns också. För dagens avslutning har vi en badtunna och bastu.

Welcome to Sörgården and our horse farm! Enjoy all four seasons from the top floor, with a stunning view of Lake Bottensjön to the west. This modern house from 2022 offers 45 sqm of living space. The apartment shares the building with two other units. Perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. One bed is a sofa bed, which may not suit two adults. Feel free to book our floating sauna on the lake – 500 SEK per session. Relax and enjoy the unique tranquility by the water!

Welcome to a newly built small cottage right on the waterfront where you can enjoy regardless of the weather. Well-sized wood-fired hot tub with bubble system and LED lighting, electric sauna and large veranda with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue area as well as beautiful views of Laxsjön where you can easily take a refreshing dip in the clear water with a sandy bottom via the sauna steps.

Äppelgården Holiday Home

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
