Possibility to borrow a rowing boat and a canoe at your own risk. You must always wear a life jacket and never stand upright. Stay close to the shore if you are inexperienced. Beach in the immediate vicinity and good swimming opportunities. Baby cot and high chair are available. The trampoline belongs to my grandchildren and is used without footwear.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.

The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, take a step back and relax in our luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Here you can relax with lovely views from the living room and terrace. Take a short or long walk in the woods/on the mountain right above the cabin. Fishing with the boat located in the common marina down by the water. Short distance to the summer town of Flekkefjord (20 min by car) and 7 km to Moi city center where you will find, among other things, 2 grocery stores, pizzeria and a fantastic pastry shop. Early check-in/late check-out is possible, just ask.
