This typical fully remodeled house is located on the north coast of São Miguel Island, in Porto Formoso. It has a large terrace with a wonderful front view of the sea. Moinhos Beach is a 10-minute walk away and the village of Porto Formoso is 15 minutes away. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the city of Ribeira Grande - 10 km away - has a supermarket and many other shops. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).

Casa do Pico Arde belongs to our family for over 200 years and was restored and adapted for tourism purposes, in the form of a "Villa". The house has magnificent rural arquitectural characteristics from the 17th and 18th centuries and its location means easy access to several points of attraction in the island as well as amazing and peaceful views over the both sea and mountain. Japanese Cedar Villa - Furnas Lake Forest Living

The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The bedroom can have a king size bed or 2 single beds, just let us know what you prefer. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi and a television. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).

Retiro do Tico

An ideal beach house, ideal to relax and enjoy peaceful holiday. The house is well equipped people, with comfort and good commodities. It has a nice garden, with an amazing view over the ocean, a picnic area and viewpoint in the outside area and a barbecue all private. There is also an outside shower (but please do not use soap or shampoo). All you see in the pictures belongs to the house and it's only for the guests. You will for sure love this place!
