Wonderful place! The house is very atmospheric, clean and the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Everything looks even better than the photos! We weren't bored when the weather was beautiful, and it was raining because there were lots of amenities, games, and books in the house. We and our dogs thank you very much to Marcin for your valuable walking tips and a very nice stay in a real Paradise in the Forest ;)

Maria’s place is nestled right along the heartthrob of center city with adorable cafes and minutes walk to Old Warsaw which is full of the most charming shops and cafes. It’s perfect for a visit to the city. Maria was so helpful with instructions and her neighbor was nearby to let me as my flight arrived quite early. She made the experience so comfortable and was quick to respond to any help I needed. Would highly recommend for a lovely, cozy stay.

A very quiet apartment in a perfect location. The only problems were that we had to prepare the second bed by ourselves and there was a very bad smell in the building but everything else was perfect.

Super quality up to the price. The apartment was very large, we were with 5 people, and there was still a lot of space. Everyone had clean, large towels. In the apartment, we were surprised by a very large number of items for small children, which is rare in such places (baby bath, high chair, plush, toilet cover). There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. Very good location ( 2 minutes to tram stop; 9 minutes to Palace of Culture and Science), quiet and peaceful. The minimum drawback was the lack of a dryer and no frying oil, and this was all good. Communication with the owner is also very efficient and fast. Before check-in, we received an accurate video of how to get into the cage.

We liked to stay here. The host is nice,even when we broke the table lamp. There are some improvements to be made but it is okay.

The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you might need, including a washing machine, a full kitchen and even some options to relax and entertain yourself inside. There are two tram stops right in front of the building, connecting easily to key spots in Warsaw, including the Old Town in about 20 minutes. It’s also walkable, around 35 minutes on a safe and pleasant walk. The place is very well connected with buses and trams. The building is quiet, comfortable, safe, with an elevator and lots of natural light in both the bedroom and the living room, which is a big plus. Check-in instructions were clear, and communication with Kasia was smooth and friendly, she was always helpful and proactive. Totally recommended!

The apartment is in a great location, right in the center of Warsaw. Public transportation in close proximity. The neighborhood is beautiful, very quiet and very safe. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Finally, Agnes is very kind and helpful.

Cozy clean apartment with all the things you need to have. Quiet place. Pharmacy, supermarket, metro station and bus stop nearby.

Everything was fine. The host was a little slow to respond. Tried extending stay, but didn’t hear back from host. Other than the slow communication. Everything else seemed fine.

The stay was great, we had a wonderful time with our family, picking mushrooms in the woods, sitting by the fireplace and making a barbecue. There was also plenty of relaxation in the sauna. It was a great weekend near Warsaw! Under the Forest is a great option, the owner was very kind and helpful!!!
