You live in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 meters away. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere when you’re indoors. If you want to get out and about, there are beautiful hiking trails, and for cycling enthusiasts, there are longer routes around the lakes. Around the loft, there are cosy outdoor areas where you can barbecue or relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Seaside house, boat and private sandy beach

Relax in Lilla Sjölyckan. A unique accommodation, a few meters from the beach and the jetty, 12 km from Karlstad. Four-legged friends are welcome (max 2). There is a bus stop 200 metres away. Here you who like nature and the direct proximity to the lake's possibilities with everything from swimming to fishing. The accommodation is also suitable for those who want to stay overnight on their way to their destination. During the cold season there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, ice fishing and ice skating

Forest house at Pionjärgård

Our beautiful, renovated little house 'Forest House' is located on the back of our property facing the mountain. It's a simple but comfortable and cozy house. With kitchen, bedroom with two freestanding beds that can be pushed together and a small bathroom with toilet/shower. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. Wood is free. * your stay in our forest house includes bed linen and towels. On our property, we have a large garden, goats, chickens, ducks, geese and two dogs.

Freshly renovated guest cabin on our idyllic property overlooking lake Gapern. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The insulated cabin has a small wood stove and electric heater, mini fridge, tea/coffee station, and its own deck facing the morning sun — relax and listen to the birds. Double bed and workspace. Extra mattresses can be borrowed. Blackout blinds for privacy and deep sleep. Access the shared bathroom via your own back door entrance to the main house.

"Bullerbyboende" with fantastic river views! Here you live in a newly renovated cottage close to the river. The house is completely renovated in the old style with its own charm. There are two toilets (one fully tiled with shower). From the living room, you can reach a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and views of the river. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small patio with morning sun. The house is intended for two adult guests.

Modern stuga with lake view, surrounded by nature

Stay in our beautiful stuga (2022) with a traditional look and modern interior. Enjoy the unique sound of cranes, and spot a deer or moose in the backyard during Summer. Take a walk along the stream, and discover the different colours of trees in the Autumn. Explore the white world and the frozen lake in the Winter. And experience the awakening of nature during Spring. The stuga is suitable for max. 2 persons.

A sacred space used for yoga classes and gong/crystal bowl baths. There is a cozy wood stove and sleeping loft for two people. It also has a veranda for coffee under the trees. It is a short two minute walk to the lake and the center of Molkom Village. It is also close to the Angsbacka Festival and Course Center with all its events.
