It's a 10-minute stroll down a beautiful bush track to Narrawallee Beach and 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

The apartment is perfectly situated across the road from Mollymook Beach. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . A communal BBQ is by the tennis court. It is a short level 250m walk to the golf club.

Stroll 800m to Narrawallee beach (down Matron Porter drive then right at victor ave) or head a little further to Mollymook beach where you'll find Bannisters Pavillion, supermarket, deli and bakery.
